You're not the only one I've come across whom is going through a weight loss regimen and are at a still-point. Maybe this means you need to change things up? Obviously since the surgery your body has changed, no doubt. But I say, try your hardest not to get discouraged! I know it's so much easier said than done, but you shouldn't be so stressed out about it. You've come such a long way! Don't worry, you'll get to where you want and need to be. And as for the hair falling out; is it possible that stress is also causing that? I only ask that, because I remember that happening to my sister last year. And with your wedding coming up (so exciting!), don't focus on the details. DO NOT! There's absolutely no need for that type of stress, and quite honestly, you won't notice them on the day of your wedding anyways. But I do hope you know that your mother will be with you on your special day. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if she's walking with you down the aisle! While it's true you may not be able to physically see her, I see no reason as to why you can't ask her to show you that she's with you. Oh Danielle, I'm so excited for you! You have so many wonderful things happening for you this year, and with so much support no less. Don't worry about the weight and hair thing, you'll see great changes soon enough! :)Magical Thingshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11933503057352230116noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5371628568421947540.post-524978075360497902012-05-06T08:00:53.802-04:002012-05-06T08:00:53.802-04:00Hang in there, my friend! My nutritionist said that people need to learn to maintain, so when they get to the desired weight they know how to handle it. I had no idea about the hair. And as for missing your mom, I SO understand. Hang on to the good memories; hold her in your heart. I found it I did best when I embraced the grief and let it wash over me rather than suppressing it or fighting it. Love you!
